More on Islam

Shamalama has a link to a great flash presentation on the attacks that have taken place since Al Qaeda declared war on all infidels. Quite powerful.

One thing that occured to me is that in the grand scope of things, not many people have died as a result of this "war" that has been declared. Certainly it's a high number, but out of the billions of people on the planet, the totals are very low. This may just be me trying to inflate said numbers, but I think people should recognize there are other terrorist organizations and that some of them have had similar- if not greater- success. This is a global pandemic and all civilized nations should unite in a common cause to exterminate this disgusting and venomous ideology from the world. Instead, things are done to try appeasing and reasoning with these groups. How many people have yet to die before the world wakes up to the fact that they cannot be appeased by those whose very presence offends them, and who operate outside of reason?

Is it any surprise that most of the members on the list I linked above are Muslim-based? Coincidence? I think not.
